Quality Control (QC)

All new bulk bags and fabric sold under the Balcon Enterprises Inc label have the following testing established for each new bag design type:

QC Testing for Each New Bag Specification:

• Testing Rig for Safe Working Load (SWL), Cyclic and peak tests.
• Tensile Testing to chek the tenacity of tapes, fabric and belts.
• UV & Moisture testing

At every stage of manufacturing intalled QC checks for any fabric defects, printing defects, stitching defects, dimensions and cleanlines.  Every individual bulk bag manufactured is given a tracking code number and is inspected by qualified and experienced inspectors.

A sampling of about 5% is again inspected by an independent QC inspector for all the parameters from the final lot before leaving the factory.
