A finance charge of 24% per month will be added to all
invoices over 30 days.
Freight Terms:
U.P.S.: Freight Added to Final Invoice
Common Carrier: Freight Added to Final Invoice
Common Carrier Ship Via: Freight Added to Final Invoice
Returns:
Stock items may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. All
returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge plus any freight associated
with the return. Custom items may not be returned for credit.
Samples:
A reasonable amount of samples of most items will be available for pick-up
from our distribution centers. Certain items are not available as samples.
Freight charges will be passed along on all requests to ship samples.
Damaged Goods:
Although Balcon Enterprises, Inc. takes great care to insure that shipments
are protected, damage in transit does occasionally occur. To receive credit
for damaged product, damage must be noted on the bill of lading at time of
delivery and put aside for freight carrier review. All damaged goods claims
must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Manufacturer’sWarranty
Balcon is a distrubutor of many indistrial shipping supplies. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Shipments:
All orders will be shipped to you via Best Carrier.
Minimum Order:
We have no minimum dollar order. The only minimum we have is by the sellable
unit. (One bundle or case)
